RockStar Gym is a one-stop children and teen physical development center. We are one of the fastest growing Kids & Teens Gyms in Asia. Children experience fun activities while developing physical, emotional and life skills in a safe and positive environment.  Through self-discovery and exploration, children aged 6 months to 16 years old build confidence and develop an appreciation for a healthy active lifestyle.  

RockStar Gym has extended the concept of Kids and Teens fitness exercise programs by offering attractive and complete facilities for Gymnastics, Ballet, Dance Martial Arts, FunFit and Sports. Due to this, we are seeking young and energetic individuals to build 50 Gyms throughout Indonesia, Malaysia and The Philippines. We want to be that we hire employees that able to meet our customers/ members' expectations.

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

- Providing a welcoming atmosphere to kids and parents at the gym.

- Responding to childrens’ and parents’ enquiries and feedbacks.

- Providing information to prospect regarding RockStar Gym, Membership, and actively contact prospect for membership sales.

- Implementing gym SOPs.

 

Requirement:

- MUST LOVE KIDS !

- Winning smile and personality.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Love for sales and customer relationship building.

- Strong drive to succeed.

- Fun and energetic.

- High attention to details.

- Minimum 1 year experience in related job. Fresh graduate with exceptional skills are welcome to apply.

- Great Social, communication and presentation skills.

- Very good command ing both written and spoken English will be an added advantage.

- Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.

- Computer skills required (Microsoft Office).




Instructor

Job Description:

- To teach and assist Gymnastics, Sports, Martial Arts, Dance, Ballet and Yoga & Fit.

- To conduct classes according to the schedule.

- To supervise and lead students in your class with control, enthusiasm, and safety precautions.

- To conduct Student Performance/ Rehearsal periodically.

- To maintain the cleanliness of yourself, your classes and your students.

- To take care of the students after classes end.

- To attend all meeting / training that required by company / your Manager to ensure that all class information & program are up-to-date.

- To assist your Manager and supervisor in ad-hoc tasks such as: attend performance, joint events with other company, etc.

 

Requirement:

- Fun.

Energetic.

Have good communication skill.

- Self-motivated and passion for success.

- Fluent in English would be advantage.

- At least 1 year experience.

- Have Gymnastic, Sports, Martial Arts, Dance, Ballet and Yoga experience.

- Have International Certification, or National Athlete will be an advantage.




Lifeguard

Job Description:

- Maintaining the swimming pool, pool’s deck and surrounding area in secured condition

- Prevents accidents by maintaining constant observation of the pool area, enforcing health and safety standards

- Maintains effective relationships with members. Provides information about programs and schedules as necessary

- Immediately rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid for CPR as necessary

- Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities

- Attend staff meeting and trainings as scheduled

- Make a daily and weekly report to swimming coach and management

 

Requirement:

- Preferable Female

- Ability to Swim (certified will be advantage)

- Ability to build Relationship with Members in all ages

- Ability to do First Aid and CPS (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) – Certified will be an advantage

- Willing to work at shift time and weekends

- Lifeguarding experience will be advantage




Greeter Admin

Job Description:

- Check and Balance Daily Report (Membership Sales Report, Merchandise, Petty Cash, Cooler sales and stock)

- Input membership data into Membership Management System accurately and on timely basis

- Manage member request (freeze, cancellation, etc) into Club Membership Management System, work together with Data and Services Admin in Home Office and General Manager

- Handle telephone inquiries on club services, schedules, and customer requests

- Respond to members’ concerns and feedback

- Perform daily checks on condition of club facilities and services and take actions as necessary

- Contact members with outstanding accounts over the phone to follow up payments, update payment method information

- Communicate, assist to organize club activities and internal promotions to members through microphone announcements, etc

- Actively interact and assist members on inquiries and needs

- Follow all documentation procedures and file records in an organized manner

- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time

- Prepare required reports and submit as per schedule, such as Daily (Operations Recap report, Official Receipt Log, etc) and Monthly (Saved Cancellation, etc)

 

Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM any field

- Ability to speak English will be an advantage

- Familiar with Typing and Microsoft Office

- Ability to build relationship with members in all ages

- Willing to work at shift time and on weekends

- Customer service or admin experience will be an advantage
